This sale area is located on the Nantahala Ranger District, Nantahala National Forest, approximately 9 miles Northeast of Cullowhee, NC in Jackson County, including about 1912 acres of which 167 acres are marked and / or designated for cutting. The methods of cut include about 123 acres of 2-age regeneration, 41 acres of thinning, and 3 acres of road right-a-way. This is a premeasured timber sale. |
