This work involves upgrading the existing water meter on Grabill Road east of the Town of Grabill, modifying the south water tower valve, modifying the west water tower valve and hydrant, vacating the water plant and its wells, installing a new water main on Witmer Road, and replacing the water main on South and North Main Street in Grabill, Indiana.
