SB267 Replace Chiller and Chilled Water Loop – Downtown Capitol Complex

1. A new chiller, cooling tower, free cooling heat exchanger, and associated chilled water pumps. 2. New secondary chilled water pumps for circulation of the main campus loop to buildings on the system. 3. New free cooling heat exchanger in the State Office Building. 4. New fill for two existing cooling towers. 5. New VFD for cooling tower in the State Services Building. 6. New control valves for all major air handlers in the buildings referenced in Section 1.3.A. 7. All new controls and programming for new and existing components on chilled water system. 8. Removal of abandoned pumps and piping in several buildings. 9. New transformer and electrical gear for powering of new mechanical components. 10. New overhead door in Power Plant. 11. New structural for support of new cooling tower and chiller.
