This project consists of reconstructing portions of the Lucerne Campground, including Loops E and F. Electrical, potable water and irrigation systems will also be improved. The solicitation is set-aside for 8(a) firms. This solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or after April 22, 2022. The anticipated start date is summer 2022. The period of performance for the project is 180 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
