Description

Provide professional services in support of the Job Order Contracting (JOC) program. The selected firms will accommodate the design for general or routine maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation and/or minor construction projects for City of Austin facilities that are small scale. This rotation list will develop all construction design and cost estimate documentation required for a complete JOC request package and provide ancillary support services throughout the execution of a JOC project. Each firm shall maintain a team capable of carrying a workload of multiple concurrent assignments actively in all phases of the project.
