Telegraph Road and Sullivan Road Culvert Replacements

The project consists of the replacement of two (2) existing culverts located at the intersection of Telegraph Road and Sullivan Road, in the Town of Peru, Clinton County, NY. The material costs of the new culvert structures, including foundations and wingwalls, as well as delivery to the site of the new precast structures, will be by others and are not to be included in the bid. The bid prices shall include: signage and traffic control for temporary vehicular bypass of the site, treeclearing, demolition and removal of the existing structures including pavement, culverts, guiderails, and wingwalls, temporary bypasses of the streams, preparation of the culvert/wingwall bedding and subbase materials, offloading and installation of a new open bottom culverts and wingwalls, paving, replacement of any utilities, installation of guiderails, and restoration of site.
