| Description | Removal and replacement of the existing stucco system with a thin brick veneer, metal wall panel, and new parapet cap flashing, cafeteria addition, complete kitchen and current cafeteria renovation. The original stucco contains ACM and will be abated by a separate contractor. The abatement will happen over two summers, including summer of 2021 and 2022. In the RFP response, propose the extents of the removal and replacement of the non- ACM containing stucco areas to be replaced each summer. CCSD will evaluate the project approach to determine the feasibility of beginning construction on the cafeteria addition in September. CCSD may opt to begin cafeteria expansion spring break of 2022 and start the kitchen remodel shortly after. All work to be completed by August 5th, 2022. |
