Jennette Farm Industrial Park - Phase II

The project consists of the construction of approximately 1,400 linear feet of urban roadway(38' pavement width), approximately 1,150 linear feet of urban roadway (28' pavement width),approximately 1,000 linear feet of US-27 roadway widening (approx. 6' to 10' width), and associated sidewalks. The project also includes the installation of approximately 2,334linearfeet of 12-inch waterline, 80 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, 2,145 linear feet of 8-inchgravitysewers, approximately 1,700 linear feet of storm sewer (varying sizes) and related waterline and sewer appurtenances. The OWNERS reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (120) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
