Description | The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Maintenance of all turf, plants, trees and beds, concrete medians, curb and gutter on the street right-of-way, and City easements in the project area. The successful proposer shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work required for the maintenance and landscaping services. The intent is to execute a 1-year contract for the requested services, with two (2) optional one-year extensions. The department continues to maintain the Street Right-of Ways to make them more presentable for the citizens across the City.
