This project includes a primary building that is 55,000 square feet and will consist of the office, data room, break room, rest room, janitor's closet, climate-controlled storage, and drive-up non-climate storage on one side. The secondary building is 23,382 square feet and will consist of climate-controlled storage and drive-up non-climate storage on one side. The facility will also include 14,650 square feet of covered RV/Boat Parking. A single stormwater pond will be constructed at the rear of the property.
