Springfield and Community Park Improvements

Springfield Park: This park is located at 5501 Antioch Drive in Rowlett, Texas. The City proposes to expand the existing concrete parking lot on the northeast side to accommodate additional concrete parking. The proposed improvements include the addition of approximately 561 SY of concrete parking where the existing gravel area exists. Community Park: The City is proposing to add one new multi-purpose field (240’X360’) in Community Park located at 8700 St. Andrew Lane in Rowlett, Texas. The proposed field is planned to be adjacent to the existing soccer fields and the approximate quantities include 885 SY of excavation, 1,350 SY of imported fill and an add alternate for 1,220 SY of imported 4” top soil as well as an additional 665 SY of excavation. An irrigation system is also included for the proposed field.
