Description

This facility is proposed on the south side of the campus at the corner of West Washington Street and North Saint Felix Street. At the ground floor level, it will contain retail shell space for a bookstore, a food court with dining spaces that provide both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as other complementary retail service spaces within the footprint of the garage. Additional space will also be required to support this facility, such as loading, trash, emergency generator, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, IT communications, and storage.
