Scope of work consists of but not limited to: This project is federally funded under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All HUD Federal Rules and regulations pertaining to this project are applicable. This is a federally funded project that must meet all appropriate federal guidelines, including Davis Bacon and Related Acts as well as Section 3.
