| Description | The Nunda Township Highway Commissioner, Mike Lesperance, McHenry County, State of Illinois does hereby invite sealed bids from responsible suppliers labeled 2023 Asphalt Purchase for N50 hot mix and binder asphalt to be used in our 2023 Road Program. Due to location and availability of material, we intend to issue three contracts. One contract to each of the three lowest bidders. The lowest bidder's contract will be for a minimum of 5,000 tons, second place's contract for a minimum of 3,000 tons, and third place contract for a minimum of 2,000 tons. Highway Commissioner, Mike Lesperance reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. |
