Landscaping Services 2023 2024

CRT is looking to obtain quotes from landscaping companies to provide landscaping services at fourteen (14) of our properties that are both commercial and residential. Scope of Work includes the following: Grass cutting; Hedge/tree trimming; Mulching (at selected locations); Planting flowers in flower pots (at selected locations); Spring cleanup; Fall cleanup; A schedule of lawn services must be presented and approved by CRT. CRT reserves the right to split the bid. The selected company will be required to submit the signed contract, Certificate of Insurance with acceptable amounts by CRT and a W-9 Form prior to commencement of work.
