Plans call to expand the Ocean County Justice Complex in downtown Toms River at least 120,000 square-foot of floor space to the existing justice center. As of February 2022, the project is in preliminary design. The project requires commission approval in order for the architect to proceed with full design. A tentative bid schedule for contractors has not been established.
