Epoxy Overlay Project - County Bridge No. 101

Question Deadline 07/18/2022 at 5:00 PM ET Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation prequalification is required for the Project. PA prevailing wage rates do not apply to this contract. The Lycoming County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such bid as they deem to be in the best interest of the County.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Embankments, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Slope Protection, Gabions, Riprap, Special Foundations and Load-Bearing Elements, Driven Piles.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fences and Gates, Retaining Walls.
