Description

The 71 NOBE project is the new construction of (287) rental multi-family apartment Units within (2) mixed-use buildings. The East parcel includes (117) apartment Units in (1) one 14-story mixed-use building with amenity and retail space on the Ground Level, podium parking decks on Levels 2 thru 5, and an elevated amenity deck on Level 6. The West parcel includes (170) apartment Units in (1) one 12- story mixed-use building with retail space on the Ground Level, podium parking decks on Levels 2 and 3, and an elevated amenity deck on Level 4. The scope of this project includes all the site improvements both above and below ground, all structural requirements, MEPF systems, and all interior and exterior finishes associated with the construction of a complete turn-key project. As of July 10, 2023, this project is in permitting. An architect and general contractor have been selected. Information on the general contractor has not been released. A firm construction timeline has not been established at this point in time.
