The description and location of the project is as follows: For the concrete joint sealing, patching, guide rail, signing and pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 2,220 linear feet (0.420 miles), all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 2128 SECTION A02 (10th Street Bypass), in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, CITY OF PITTSBURGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The project being situated as follows: From approximately the ramps to I-279 at Segments 0010 Offset 0095 (Northbound) and 0011 Offset 0050 (Southbound) to a point near the intersection with Fort Duquesne Blvd at Segments 0010 Offset 2315 (Northbound) and 0011 Offset 2015 (Southbound).
