Removal of Trees, Overgrown Vegetation and Other Debrison 13 Residential Lots

The following properties are included in this bid request: 1. 226 Allegheny Street – 232 Allegheny Street 2. 229 Allegheny Street – 235 Allegheny Street 3. 240 Allegheny Street – 246 Allegheny Street 4. 18 Apache Street The Village of Park Forest is seeking formal bids for the removal of trees, other vegetation, and debris at the addresses noted below. The job includes the following work: 1. Remove all trees and brush on the properties noted below, with the exception of the trees specifically noted that are to be saved. 2. Remove and properly dispose of all trash on the properties included in this bid. 3. Remove and properly dispose of fences when directed by individual property descriptions. 4. Grind and remove stumps when trees are removed or where old stumps remain. Grindings may be left on site. 5. Spray with Garlin where vegetation is removed. The Contractor must have an Illinois applicator's spraying license for the use of Garlin, and areas that are sprayed must be posted. Submit a copy of the applicator’s license with the bid. 6. Specific issues related to each property are described on the accompanying photo pages. 7. Bid must include a total for each individual property in order to allow for grant reimbursement to the Village.
