Ramblewood Square Shopping Center - Phase I

This project is phase 1 of the redevelopment of Ramblewood Square in Coral Springs, FL. Utilities will be reworked to provide service to tenant suites that will remain while eliminating utilities serving sections of the center that will be demoed during phase II. A new transformer will be set and new service a ran to the suites to remain. New electrical panels will be installed in each suite to remain. New sanitary sewer service and fire water service will be installed. A new riser room with a new riser will be installed. This will require a new opening in the exterior CMU wall.
