Carlton Pump Station Reconstruction

Project includes construction of a new pump station at the existing Carlton Pump Station site in Carlton, Minnesota. Project includes demolition of the existing facilities, including a wet-pit/dry-pit, installation of new valve vault, wet well, 24-inch diameter sanitary sewer, maintenance holes, prefabricated buildings, surge tank, temporary conveyance of wastewater, erosion control, pavement removal and restoration as indicated in the Contract Documents. A bidders failure to attend the pre-bid conference meeting shall cause any bid submitted by that bidder to be deemed non-responsive and will cause such bid to be returned unopened.
