Phenix City contractors to demolish the EIGHT (8) structures located as follows: 716 Lawrence Court, Phenix City, AL 607 7th Place, Phenix City, AL 1824 1st Avenue, Phenix City, AL 2006 4th Avenue, Phenix City, AL 27 Lincolnshire Lane, Phenix City, AL 1808 6th Avenue, Phenix City, AL 2507 16th Place, Phenix City, AL 811 Dillingham Street, Phenix City, AL If unsure about structure/lot location, contact the Phenix City Building Department for verification. All sewer lines must be capped before being covered. All utility connections must be disconnected and secured. All debris and accumulation of materials resulting from demolition or any building shall be removed from the premises and disposed of properly. Grade lot to prevent standing of water. All work shall be completed within thirty (30) days of the bid being let. If your bid is greater than $10,000.00 a 5%, bond or cashier's check must accompany your bid. Any bid exceeding $10,000.00, which does not have either a cashier's check or bond at bid opening, shall not be considered. Each property shall be bid individually. The right is reserved to accept or reject all or any parts of your offer and to accept the offer the City Council considers the most advantageous to the City.
