The funding source for this project is Septic Elimination Relief Fund. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, 3700-3900 Block St Joe Center Rd Septic Elimination Project as follows: Install approximately 560 LF of 8-inch SDR 35 sanitary sewer, 6 sanitary manholes, and 6 service connections in the 3700-3900 Block of St Joe Center Rd. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by The Water Resources Planning and Design Services Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No Bid will be accepted from, or con- tract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has railed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City.
