| Description | The contractor shall remove and replace the existing vinyl composite tile (VCT) and carpet from the PIE Base Building. The contractor shall remove and replace the wall base and edge guards/transition accessories. The contractor provide the appropriate no or low VOC adhesives for the materials to be installed. The specific rooms and corridors that the work is to be performed and the type of flooring to be installed are identified in Figures 1 (refer to Appendix A). Table 1 identifies estimated square footage and linear footage within the work area. Specification Sections 09 65 13, 09 65 19 and 09 68 13 are included in Appendix A. |
