Description

The Town of Salem NH hereby requests qualifications from individuals or firms for Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services for the design and construction of renovations and reconstruction of the Salem Town Hall located at 33 Geremonty Drive in Salem, NH. The OPM shall be a registered architect or professional engineer in New Hampshire and have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in the construction and supervision of construction of buildings. In the event the OPM is not a registered architect or professional engineer they must have at least seven (7) years of relevant experience in the construction and supervision of construction of buildings in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts. The Initial contract will be funded for pre-design services including but not limited to advice and consultation for coordination of participation by committee’s and other stakeholders, drafting of designer selection documents, designer selection, project delivery method, design contracts review, and procurement of any/all necessary contractors. Scope and fee will be established after selection with the expectation of Phase I deliverables for budget planning and submission to be completed by October 1, 2021.
