Description

Provide DDC based building automation and control systems serving the district's Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, along with ancillary interfaces to other systems and additional related services. The district intends to establish a multi-year, renewable fixed price contract with two or more qualified contractors. The initial contract term shall be for five (5) years. Each contract may be renewed, at the Owner's option and upon mutual agreement, for two (2) additional five (5) year periods.
