Annual Maintenance - Pest Control Services

Pest Control Services for properties owned and/or managed by the Loveland Housing Authority (LHA). Said service shall be for the control of the following general insects such as; ants (common), spiders of all kinds, centipedes, millipedes, pill bugs, rodents, earwigs, and any other pests deemed necessary to be removed by LHA. All building exteriors shall receive an inspection and preventative liquid barrier treatment that includes entire perimeter of foundation, around windows and doors, eaves and walkways. The application of granular pesticide in landscape areas shall be included and completed as needed.
