The project includes placement of concrete (curb, gutter, and sidewalk), paving of the new parking lot, irrigation system improvements, landscaping, lighting improvements, striping, signage, and furnishing. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that the responsive bidder must possess a minimum of a Class A with appropriate sub-classifications or subcontractors. All Contractor's license shall be in good standing and issued by the Nevada State Contractor's Board at the time of the bid. BID AWARD will be made by the Carson City Board of Supervisors and is tentatively scheduled for August 18, 2022. PRICES must be quoted FOB Carson City, Nevada and are valid for sixty (60) calendar days
