Downspout Drainage Lines

General Scope Overview: This work consists of tying in existing down spouts to a new inground drainage line and directe to a drainage field. Sidewalks will need cut and concrete replaced to install drainage piping. Drainage Work Scope: 1. Connect 7 down spouts to drainage lines as indicated on print. 2. Drainage pipe shall connect to each down spout with boot up 6 inches minimum with proper connections. 3. Drain line piping to be Schedule 40 PVC sloped for drainage and deep enough for topsoi to grow over. 4. Concrete sidewalk cuts to be neat and refilled flush to existing sidewalks with expansions and tie into adjacent slabs. (See attached Sketch) gravel base to be tamped to preven settling. 5. Drains on the North side (5) shall run West to slope and dispersed from drain into a 5'x5 'x6" deep gravel drainage field. Drainage end to have grate to prevent animals from entering. Grate must be removable for cleaning. 6. Each run shall have a clean out flush with the ground. Not to interfere with mowing. 7. The two South down spouts are to be directed to the parking lot pavement as indicated on print. Other travel routes would be considered as well. 8. All grass ditch areas to be reseeded and straw applied. Sod removed from the ditch may be reinstalled over drainage lines and tamped. Light seeding and straw shall still be applied. 9. Drain lines may be set in even dirt. No gravel base is required. 10. All work and materials to be warranted for one
