Description

To provide foundation waterproofing and stormwater removal at the perimeter of the building. 1. Excavate perimeter of building for installation of drainage tile and foun- dation waterproofing and pump pit. 2. Install pump pit, tile and water proofing. 3. Backfill and repair landscape. 4. Provide alternate for generator back-up. 5. Provide alternate for dual pump system. 6. Remove and dispose of all waste and debris associated with work on a daily basis. Removal from the site shall be at contractor’s expense.
