Description

Lease a portion of land at 15 Memorial Drive, Freetown MA (New Police Station Site) for the purpose of installing wireless communications Tower and related apparatus. Installation of such facilities and equipment, including any telecommunications tower, shall be at the sole cost of the lessee. The term of the lease will be for an initial period of five years with three five-year extension periods for a total term of up to twenty years.
