Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Yakutat Wastewater Treatment System Annual Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF23Q0013 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide annual maintenance and repair services to Wastewater Treatment Systems at the Forest Service Housing Complex in the Yakutat Ranger District. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01, effective 30 December 2022. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 221320, Sewage Treatment Facilities. The NAICS Code was identified through a review of the U.S. Census Bureau's website where Sewage Treatment Plants or Facilities was listed as a corresponding index category. The small business size standard is $31 million. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide annual maintenance and repair services to six AdvanTex Wastewater Treatment Systems (Model AX20 FAP) as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at the Forest Service Housing Complex in the Yakutat Ranger District, Tongass National Forest, Alaska. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award to 19 September 2027 (see PWS for details).
