| Description | The services of a Landscaping or Fencing Contractor to replace the perimeter fence and mow strip at Lake Ridge Elementary School, 7400 W 3395 S, Magna, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Removal and disposal off-site of existing fence (fabric, posts, top rail, etc.). Removal and disposal off-site of existing concrete mow strip. Removal and disposal off-site of trees or bushes sharing the fence line. Installation of new concrete mow strip, including compacted base. Installation of new perimeter fence including posts, rails, fabric, and all accessories. Repairs to sod and irrigation system due to demolition and construction activities, including relocation of sprinkler heads as required for new construction. |
