Twin Village Fire Station Plumbing Repairs

Supply and install new cast iron sewer drain piping to replace the existing piping. The existing cast iron sewer pipe is cracked. The scope of work shall include the following: 1. Disconnect and remove existing 4-inch drain piping at basement to approximately 4 feet above to second floor bathroom. 2. Install new 4-inch cast iron drain, waste and vent piping from basement to first and second floor bathrooms including vent piping through roof. 3. Total length of 4-inch cast-iron piping is approximately 35 feet. 4. All wall opening and ceiling opening required for piping replacement shall be included. 5. One bathroom shall be kept in service at all times. 6. Total project time shall not exceed 5 business days. 7. Pricing shall include all permits, labor and materials.
