The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked "PROPOSAL FOR - Harrison County School District - HA Administration Building Warehouse Renovation". The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, best and acceptable bidder, except that Harrison County School District reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.
