Description

The contractor is to remove and dispose of existing air handlers and condensing units. Contractor is to install two new 10 ton heat pump condensers and two 10 ton air handlers. The new unit will match existing unit voltage and phase. The Heat Strips shall be 20 kw or greater. The contractor shall upgrade the power for the heat strips if needed. The contractor will install new programmable thermostats. The contractor can reuse existing stand but must replace the filter grilles. The contractor can flush and reuse existing line set or install new line set. The contractor will install new disconnects as needed. Power wiring, and conduit from disconnect to unit shall be new. The contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections.
