2022 Lift Station Replacement

Shall include two lift stations for the year 2022. These two lift stations are the Prairie Farms and Mission Ridge lift stations. The Prairie Farms Lift Station is located off of Ward Cliff Drive within Lake Olathe Park just on the west side of the Prairie Farms subdivision. (Exhibit A) The Mission Ridge Lift Station is located north of Sleepy Hollow Drive just on the east side of I-35 (Exhibit B). The project will include review of existing hydraulic conditions, utility coordination, preparation of cost estimates, and the development of construction plans and specifications for the upgrades or complete replacement of these lift stations. Additional services may include assistance with bidding of projects for construction, minor assistance with the review of submittals, and assistance on an as-needed basis throughout construction. Construction of this project is expected to begin in Fall 2022 and completed in Spring 2023.
