Description

Furnish all necessary materials, tools, equipment and labor for the repair and exterior and interior refurbishing of a 400,000-gallon elevated water storage tank located in Debordieu Colony on 378 Firehouse Street, Georgetown, SC 29440. All work shall be in accordance with these specifications, and the recommended practices of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC). The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject all bids if it is in the Owner's best interest to do so. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be to the low, responsive, responsible bidder.
