Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and travel necessary for completion of the Interior Rehabilitation of the Historic Bank Building Visitor Center at the New Bedford Whaling N.H.P, New Bedford, MA. Perform plaster repairs to ornamental plaster, coffered ceilings, and walls. Prepare and paint baseboard, decorative architecture on the north wall, all windows and trim, doors 101A, 101B, 101C and 101D and associated trim, and brick wall, handrail and stair carriage at basement.
