Service to Cooling Tower, Chiller and Condenser

1. Drain the Cooling Tower, associated piping and water supply to prevent damage from freezing 2. Clean Cooling Tower upper and lower basins 3. Clean spray nozzles on top of unit. Punch each nozzle to clear any debris. 4. Complete Cooling Tower Motor inspection and check 5. Inspect and check fan 6. Inspect Fan and Shaft Bearings 7. Inspect external condition of Cooling Tower 8. Verify Water Level Float 9. Check Mechanical Operations 10. Grease cooling tower bearings and fan motor bearings 11. Replace Cooling Tower belt 12. Open up water cooled condenser end bells on chiller. Punch-Out tubes and reinstall end bells with new gaskets 13. Remove strainers from both Bell & Gosset Suction Diffusers in condensing Loop. 1. Replace with new strainers, gaskets and O-rings 2. Re-Install Strainers 3. Model Number GF-3 14. Notify City of any issued found during maintenance. 15. Note Hose Spigot is not in direct vicinity of unit. Vendor shall provide extra hose lengths.
