RFQ-Northern Region Training Academy- Renovations

The Michigan Department of Corrections is seeking professionals for the remodel of two buildings at their existing Northern Region Training Academy complex. The project will include Phases 400, 500, 600 and 700 design services. The MDOC has completed a schematic design / study for the two buildings but are open to revisions to the schematic design. Currently there is WI-FI in the classroom building but it will need to be revised to meet the new floor plans. The second building will need to have WI-FI included. Both buildings will require the standard security upgrades and technology upgrades per MDOC standards for administrative spaces. Also, to be included are roadways, parking lots, sidewalks and general beautification of the two areas of the complex. Refer to provided PDF.
