S215--Furniture Installation, Moving and Storage Bpa

Furniture-Equipment Moving, Installation, and Storage Services Work to be Performed Vendor to install furniture and basic equipment, move furniture and equipment, or store furniture and equipment in a controlled environment that will prevent item damage. Vendor will furnish their own equipment and supplies to move and install furniture and equipment, including trucks. Vendor to have secure storage for equipment/furnishings that are not ready for installation. Storage facility must be weather tight and well-ventilated, allowing for areas with stabilized temperature and humidity conditions. Vendor will have current damage insurance. Vendor will submit firm-fixed prices to perform the services identified in the SOW. Vendor will follow all VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS) safety, security, and infection prevention procedures. Vendor will submit Move/Install Crew Point-of-Contact (POC) Information via email to VABHS Staff Furniture Specialist for Crew Leader and Secondary POC to include names and cellphone #s, within 2 days of the task. 2.0 Location of the Work Work will mainly be focused on the Brockton campus of VABHS, but will include the other two VABHS main campuses (Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury) and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCS). All of these sites are in Eastern Massachusetts.
