Description

Project will be a replacement of the HVAC systems in the McFaul Activities Center located at 525 West MacPhail Road. Scope includes replacement of the outdoor condenser units, gas-fired duct heaters, motors belts and sheaves for air handling units, and the VVT boxes within the facility. New controls will be installed to connect the systems to Metasys allowing for remote control and monitoring. There is an add alternate option to replace to flat roof sections above the mechanical rooms.
