The Village of Manteno (A Municipal Corporation) 98 E Third Street Manteno, IL 60950 The Village of Manteno Illinois invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for Bid Package 2 - Building and build-out for the New Manteno Public Works Facility. The scope of work includes foundations and loading dock, interior build-out of a 200'x200' steel building provided and erected by others, construction of an adjacent office area and interior finishing of approximately 43,000 square feet inclusive of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Coordination of work under separate agreements required. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Bid Package 2 of 3: Project consists of construction of an approximately 3,000SF New Office build-out attached to the pre-engineered metal building (metal building shell is part of bid package 1), concrete foundation of the metal building and office area, loading dock and all doors. Additionally, all MEP/FP of the office space and metal building. Bid Package 2 Contractor will be coordinating contractor for all of the bid packages.
