| Description | Provide all necessary labor and materials to accomplish the following items. Folkston Fire Station: a. Remove all material and scrape all walls to remove spray foam insulation on both roof levels, upper and lower roofs. b. Take off old metal panels on each section’s upper and lower roofs. c. Rework around two drains on the lower and upper roof. d. Install new flashing across each section of roof. e. Install new 26 ft. PBR metal panels on upper and lower roofs. f. Install 60 feet of ridge cap. g. Place new metal cap along all walls 8 ½ wide for upper and lower roofs. h. Remove all debris from job site. Winokur Fire Station a. Rework 2 drains on building. b. Take up screws at bottom of the gutter. c. Install metal eve drip, 8 inches wide with a 2 inch face across the front and back walls of roof. |
