| Description | All decisions in reference to the bidding will be made by the Director of Engineering and Environmental Services or an authorized agent. The Fall 2023 Household Hazardous Waste Collection requires the services of a qualified firm to successfully perform a household hazardous waste collection operation at the Nelson Recreation Fields on Sargent Road, Londonderry, New Hampshire open to residents (non-commercial) of the Towns of Londonderry and Derry New Hampshire between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:30 pm on a mutually agreed upon Saturday on one of the following dates: November 18, 2023 (1st preference), November 4, 2023 (2nd preference), November 11, 2023 (3rd preference). The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid, and to waive any informality or irregularity on bids received. |
