Description

Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract that will be a twelve (12) month base contract with a four (4) twelve (12) month option years contract. Contractor shall provide semi-annual services for cleaning Grilles, Registers and Diffusers. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision needed to perform the cleaning of all the Supply, Return and Exhaust Grilles, Registers and Diffusers of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout the medical center.
