Description

Qualified Contractors to provide services related to design/preconstruction support and construction services for the Oak Street Stormwater Improvements Project. Contractor services for this project may include design and preconstruction support such as cost estimation, risk assessment, constructability review, and construction services for water, wastewater and stormwater capital improvements. Firm (Contractors and subcontractors) qualifications will generally include: experience installing large diameter (60" or larger) stormwater systems, water distribution and sanitary sewer collection system construction; knowledgeable about working in constrained urban environments and working for municipalities; and experience with alternative project delivery methods.
