Plumbing Repairs and Interior Renovations

Project IL-62-3/Dieterich and IL-62-4/Montrose Work to be performed at the units includes installation of exterior cleanouts on the sanitary lines to the kitchen and the sanitary main and jetting of the existing plumbing lines. The cleanout on the main will be a two-way cleanout. Interior renovations include new kitchen counters and wall laminate between the upper cabinets and the countertop, new kitchen sinks and associated plumbing. Renovation of the existing utility rooms with new flooring, shelving, new washer box and receptacles for the washer and dryer, remove/replace the existing light fixture with LED, FRP wainscot with a chair rail and paint. Work in the unit bathrooms include remove/replace the medicine cabinet and light fixture, paint the wall. Project IL-62-8/Effingham Work to be performed at the hi-rise includes jetting of the plumbing sanitary lines for the main lines and all secondary lines to the fixtures.
